This medicine may cause the following problems:Muscle weakness, loss of bladder control, trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing, blurred vision (caused by the toxin spreading to other parts of your body)Increased risk of heart rhythm problems or heart attackEye or vision problems, including reducing eye blinking, tear production, and cornea problems This medicine may cause eye or vision problems, loss of strength, or muscle weakness. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you. Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.

Tell your doctor if you are using allergy or cold medicine, muscle relaxer, another botulinum toxin, or medicine to treat infection (including aminoglycoside antibiotics)., Tell your doctor if you have received an injection of any botulinum toxin product within the past 4 months.
