Warnings: Injection routeThis medicine may cause birth defects if either partner is using it during conception or pregnancy. Tell your doctor right away if you or your partner becomes pregnant. Use an effective form of birth control during treatment with this medicine and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Male patients with female partners should use an effective form of birth control during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose. Do not breastfeed during treatment with this medicine and for at least 1 week after the last dose. Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or lung or breathing problems. Tell your doctor if you are receiving radiation treatment. This medicine may cause the following problems:Lung problems (including interstitial pneumonitis, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary edema, adult respiratory distress syndrome)Kidney problems (including hemolytic uremic syndrome, thrombotic microangiopathy)Liver problemsCapillary leak syndromePosterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) Talk with your doctor before using this medicine if you plan to have children. Ask your doctor or nurse about other ways to control any nausea or vomiting that might happen. This medicine may make you bleed, bruise, or get infections more easily. Take precautions to prevent illness and injury. Wash your hands often. Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments. Pinpoint red or purple spots on your skin. Rapid weight gain. Sudden or severe headache, problems with vision, hearing, speech, or walking. Swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet. Tingling, or burning pain in your hands, arms, legs, or feet. Trouble breathing. Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness.
