Wear sunscreen. Do not use sunlamps or tanning beds. Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse. This medicine may make you bleed, bruise, or get infections more easily. Take precautions to prevent illness and injury. Wash your hands often. Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone. Do not breastfeed during treatment and for at least 4 weeks after the last dose. Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.

Food Warnings: Some medicine can affect how ruxolitinib works. Tell your doctor if you are using erythromycin, ketoconazole, or rifampin., This medicine should not be used together with azathioprine or cyclosporine.
